Here is what one woman said…makes you cry and feel joy and realize- we are all in this together.

I agree with the moving away thing. I joined the Army which took me away from family and forces you to grow up. The whole experience was a good one and placed me on a path I needed to be on (to finish school).

I also think changing careers when I was 30 and going back to school- it too has been a fun road but scary to do because it was costly and it is a field you’ll never make lots of money at (rewards are in other things). It too, was a good choice.

Funny how both of my "changes/choices" ended up with an education component- it ended up good!

WOW! Powerful stuff! I don’t know how I would reply to this. I think I can come up with 2. I’m not sure that I would call either of these completely "fear-less" though, because both had me scared to death.

#1 Breaking up with Jason even though I didn’t want to… something told me it needed to be done. And I knew I could ask him back and he would take me back, but I knew it couldn’t be… and then I met David. And actually that was kind of a fearless act. I went to a wedding ALONE (something I would have never done) and I met David, talked all night, and out of nowhere I planted a kiss on him, right in the middle of the dancefloor… stunned, yes, I think he was. But he’s been mine ever since… I digress.

#2 Accepting a job in NC, some 700-800 miles away from home. I knew I had to take it, but I was scared. It was the best thing I ever did and really helped me grow up and get over a few things in life that I needed to learn.

So what about you guys? What are your fearless acts?
