The purpose of New Years Resolutions is for people to begin the new year with focused goals, detailed plans, and firm commitments to their individual, family, business, and community success.

    1. Simplify and Organize!
    2. Live with David somewhere agreeable and discuss next steps.
    3. Get Healthier (back to eating better and Yoga).
    4. Try to save some money where possible (a.k.a. stay out of Target).

    Well, I started by going to Target to get Christmas organizing bins and a Yoga bag for my stuff to satisfy #1 and #3, and in doing so I already blew #4 by spending money in Target. This is going to be tougher than I thought.

    Well I am making a plan to use Kris’s 4 week program to get me started on putting exercise into my daily life. The treadmill and bike are in place- now I just have to figure out what "bumbell rows" are?
