Staying Fit…

Kris has this down (with a little help from Mattie). Mattie has taken her knowledge and created a workout for her mother (you can hire her too as a personal trainer). Even though we were at a birthday celebration- Kris ran, walked, lifted, planked and eat well…she is an inspiration for me to continue my 10,000 steps a day and start my weights, cardio and yoga!
