Shoe with a purpose…

Here are my newest shoes- Sketcher Shape Ups:

    I have heard that the newest thing is running BAREFOOT!!! They say that the cushions in the sneakers are actually hurting us and changes the way that we are supposed to run, causing joint issues, etc… think back aborigines who run and have no shoes. This is a whole new movement. It was in our Parade Magazine in the newspaper. Here’s the link:

    But they now make what they call Barefoot Shoes:

    I’ve got to tell ya… I’m intrigued and we have places around us that sell them.

    I know you have said before how much you like being barefoot, so now you have a better excuse to be so while running or working out!
