Ready-set your goals…

Ok- today is a good day to set your fitness goals. If you have not told me what they are- let’s do it now!
The “Family Fitness” page is updated with goals and a day one exercise tips and ideas.
Next week we will track your progress.

    i would love some help and guidance so will you move back home so we will have a personal trainer?? ~grin~ Oh well i tried!!!

    I guess my approach is one size at a time which is incriments of ten pounds! I am aiming for the next lower size! I have been diligent about reading labels and have come to put stuff down if it is above 6 or 7 grams of sugar and i try for under 4 grams of sugar! Sugars are my big problem and lack of excersize! Guess thats where i start! My goal in the long run is to be real cute and sexy for Erin’s wedding, the short term is health and getting to where i can illiminate medication for the Big D!

    I hope everyone will give it a shot – although my reasons at first were for someone else now it is about me and I do have confidence because of where I have come to. I am in better shape than high school and I have learned tons. Every single person can hit a goal and feel proud. PLEASE let me help. It can happen – I have lost 80 lbs and went from a size 16 to a 6-8 (depends on what it is!)I no longer wear XL shirts anymore – so if I can do it anyone can and because "I have been there" I can relate. Go for it! I did.
