Posion Ivy…Again

Well yesterday I woke with one eye shut and the other swollen. So to the doctor I went for a shot and prescription for the itch and swelling. When you can’t see it in the dark climbing through trees and have no water for a bath- you get this crude.

So what do you do when it’s 90, muggy and you itch- clean house. I cleaned out both fridges, all appliances (to include the inside of the oven, microwave, toaster oven),scrubbed 4 floors on my knees, dusted, vacuumed, did all laundry (to include, bedding, towels, rugs and dirty clothing), cooked the rest of the unthawed chicken and balanced the check book.

I have little food, little money, little energy but it looks good!

Tonight I have to teach and I have no lesson plan so I have about 2 hours to figure out a 5 hour class- good thing I’ve done this before!

WOW! That poison ivy really took ahold of you! I hope you are okay! DON’T ITCH! It sounds like you have been very busy otherwise! It always feels good when you know your entire house is clean. I hope you aren’t working too hard and can enjoy some of the summer (even though it has been filled with rain).

Well- you could decide to hop a plane with your camera and come see Delaney. She has all kinds of new tricks for you!! I could use some new "great" photos. I’m hoping to get her in this week for a picture. I think that is one of the only things Bob has asked for for Father’s Day.
