KANSAS CITY, Mo. – JoAnn Strasser, 70, Kansas City, died Sunday, January 13, 2013, at North Kansas City Hospital.
She was born February 10, 1942 in Savannah, Mo., to Lloyd and Helen Cobb.
JoAnn was a loan officer at Goetz Credit Union for 26 years, a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, LIONS Club, Swiss Lodge, and Eagles.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Ralph Strasser.
Survivors: husband, Rick Martinez, Kansas City; brother, Lloyd Cobb (Diane); sister, Linda Cobb (Karen); sister-in-law, Elaine Hall; grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Inurnment: Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to be sent to Catholic Charities.
