Thin Crust Pizza Recipe
1 .25oz package of quick rise yeast
3/4 cup boiling water
Let the yeast dissolve in the hot, hot water for 8 minutes. While it’s doing that – mix up the dry ingredients.
1 3/4 cup flour (works well with whole wheat flour, too)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white sugar (I usually use a little more)
Mix this stuff with the water/yeast combo after the 8 minutes and knead for 3 minutes or so until you can pull it into a great pizza shape.
Add delicious toppings and bake at 500 degrees for about 15 minutes or until your cheese is how you like it. Voila!
