No Name Calling Week…

What is No Name-Calling Week?
No Name-Calling Week (NNCW) is an annual opportunity for students to discuss their experiences and feelings towards name-calling and bullying in schools. No Name-Calling Week 2011 will be held from January 24-28. Every year thousands of educators conduct NNCW activities in the classroom. Here is Delaney’s poster.

I think she nailed it! She sure did- her poster won and her poem will be read on the announcements- way to go Delaney! Hard work pays off.

Well, she did nail it because she was one of the winners in the 2nd grade. She was so excited. She gets to read her poem on the announcements this week!! Her friend Madi also won, so Mr. Herman gave a Yahoo because 2 kids in his class won for their posters!! She really worked hard on this and is thrilled that it won!! Thanks for posting and sharing with everyone Aunt Lala!
