Recipe for a Happy New Year…

I am focused on 2 items:
(the same 2 items)
1) lose weight, get in shape and control my stress
2) De-Clutter my house- to also reduce my stress
Wish me luck and share any secrets you have.
Mine are simple this year.
1. Most important for me is to BE HAPPY! That’s what I am focusing on for the year.
2. Get my butt to the gym (no measurable weight loss goals, just want to start working out again and now I have a gym for free).
3. Read more. I have so many great books that I have been dying to read and just never seem to find the time, so I will make the time… starting with "The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy" and followed hopefully by "Eat, Pray, Love." I will aim for at least one book per month.
