Want to improve your health? We are going on an adventure (Karen, Linda, Kris, Sue, Erin) and anyone who wants to join in. We all read the book “Wild” and it was about hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. As we walk to get in shape for the new year- we are going to track it with this trail and see how far we can get. Your own pace…only 2663 miles long! Each week I will post where we are at. Join us… We will start January 1, 2015 at Campo (Mexican Border) and head to Warner Springs (109.5 miles). Track your walking (pedometer, Fitbit,treadmill) and see how far you can go.
