Drinking water is so important for your health and weight-loss journey. It hydrates you, keeps you from being hungry, helps your muscles heal and flushes out all the bad stuff.
To find the amount of water intake you should have, divide your weight (lbs) by 2 = amount of oz you should dink.
So I’m at 165 lbs and I have to drink 82.5 oz. of water a day, which is about 4 20-oz bottles of water.
YES, it seems like a lot, but your body will get used to it and it will help you! Take it with you everywhere you go and you will find yourself sipping… esp since it is summer.
Don’t like plain water? Add some fruit or cucumbers to infuse into it.
