I’m officially a BeachBody Coach!



I just finished doing my first round of the 21-Day Fix… AND LOVED IT! I lost 10 pounds and several inches in just 21 days… I’m not really ever hungry, hardly ever finish all of my food prep containers, and have more energy than I ever have. I’ve never felt this good. I mean it. It’s portion control without calorie counting, eating clean, healthy food, and exercising 30-minutes a day. It works.

So I decided to become a BeachBody coach! If anyone is interested in purchasing any of their programs (Insanity, P90X, 21-Day Fix, etc) or if you just have question… I’m happy to help! My site can be found here: beachbodycoach.com. If you purchase, go through that so I get credit. 🙂

And they just came out with the Fixate cookbook that goes with the little containers. I’m waiting for mine to arrive so I can tell you if it is any good. We sell all that separate too if you just want to start slow. I just did the basic package and it was only $60 for everything you see above (with around 10 different workouts). They workouts target different areas and change… so one day it’s cardio, then upper body, lower body, pilates, yoga, etc. And you don’t need anything more complicated that a resistance band or a few weights.

I’m doing round two starting July 20 with a whole group of ladies and we would love to have anyone join us! We have a facebook group where we motivate each other and discuss recipes and more! We can do the same with the family here too!

    The other thing I’ve made myself do is sign up for classes. Once a week I go with some co-workers to belly dancing class and I also frequent the yoga place here in town when my weekend are free. Another co-worker wants to hike, bike ride and kayak on weekends… I SAID YOU BETCHA! I just want to be out and be active and stay that way!

    I’m loving this program. It works for me. The prep containers for my portions is really what makes this for me. It forces me to get the proteins I need and lack and helps me curb my carbs so I’m not over-doing it. And I actually love working out again… there are days a dread it, but I tell myself “NO EXCUSES’ and make myself do it. And most of the time I still go walk 1.5 miles with Brenner. I’ve never had so much energy and felt so complete. 🙂

    There are other programs at the beachbody site too. There are dancing ones and yoga ones. I don’t know much about them but I can find out. And if she just wants to try the eating portion using the containers and cookbook and walk every day… I’m sure that will make a difference too. Sometimes we have to start with baby steps… but the important thing is that you start!

    I just love that we are getting healthy- all a little differently but we are all doing it. It’s great that we share as well because I have learned that works for one doesn’t necessarily work for someone else- just ask Linda about Slim4Life (she hates it) and therefore would not do it- it works for me. I tried to exercise like Kris and almost died but she and Mattie can go all out. We just all have to move more and eat less (avoid diabetes at all cost folks!). Thanks for sharing Erin- I’ll have Linda check it out.
