I’m harvesting so much out of my garden that I can’t eat it all! My solution, I learned to can. My first attempt at canning was 7 pint jars of dilly beans! Hopefully they’ll turn out well, I just did a bunch of online research. I found my canning pot at a yard sale for $3. What a steal! Did you also know that canning salt is the same as Kosher salt? It just means that there is no iodine in it.
I also made 4 loaves of Zucchini bread from just one overgrown Zucchini. I also found out that most everyone love it and it’s easy to give away!
