    If someone has a secret to having will power, write it in. I do have to say, I/ve done very well here at the condo. For some reason I don’t pick as much and my blood sugars have been normal for the past two weeks and that hasn’t happened for several years. Yippee. I hope when I get home I do as well. Walking on a beach is great incentive too. If only poppy could take that home for me. nana

    Lots of good info here. It’s hard when you live with someone who thinks chicken wings and cookies are two extra food groups though. I don’t bring it into the house, but once it’s in, it taunts me. Same with the soda. I don’t drink it or buy it, but when it’s there I cannot restrain from having a glass with dinner (it is diet, but I think soda is horrible either way). I need to find the willpower to resist when it is in the house. And I need to find a way to get the the gym after work without feeling so drained. I guess the first step is going… Busy week this week with picking David up tonight from the airport, and then Wed. his brother and niece are staying with us, and Thurs. is Valentines. So maybe we start Friday and see how it goes.
