Even when I am up @ 5am… I’m doing some kind of "catch up" stuff before the day starts… yeah- I’ll try to pull some time somewhere!
Doing nothing sounds good to me… I need to find a way and practice.
I wish I could do nothing. Last week- training on Monday 8-4,meeting Tuesday 8:30-10:30, training Wednesday 8-4, meeting Thursday 12-3:30, class 5:30-8, trip to St. Louis- 4 hours, conference Friday 8-5, Saturday 8-12, drive back to KC- 4 hours. After all that sitting you’d think I won’t be tired!
Mental exhaustion… whole different tired.
