Corn Casserole Recipe (from Mom)

1 (~14oz) Can of Cream Corn (with liquid)

1 (~12oz) Can of Regular Corn (with liquid)

1 (8 oz) Corn Meal Muffin Mix

1 Stick of Margarine – melted

2 Eggs- beaten

1 Cup Sour Cream

Using an regular casserole dish, combine the 2 cans of Corn, margarine, eggs and sour cream

Sprinkle corn meal on top and mix it all together.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
