Lost 4.6 pounds this week for a total of 32.4 (in 8 weeks).

I have lost: 10.75 inches

arm- 1.5 inches

chest-3 inches

waist- 2 inches

thigh- 1 inch

hips- 3.2 inches

Better news:

I have cut my blood pressure meds in half (lost one of two pills), cut my diabetes meds in half (take half the dosage) and plan to not take any when I am done!

    I’m back on a health kick right now too… trying to get into better shape for summer. I’m eliminating gluten for a while to see how I feel because I think I’m developing a sensitivity to it. I’m not giving it up permanently, but just for a bit to see. Since I’m reading “Wheat Belly” I’m learning how bad wheat really can be for you in large amounts. Moderation is key, like everything. 🙂
