Exercising with a friend, relative, or co-worker most days of the week will help you stay accountable to your fitness goals and make workouts more fun. Studies show that people who work out with another person or in a group have more success at losing weight than those who don’t.
As a family, we can do this together on this site! In August, try to get 30 minutes of exercise a day! that amount of time goes by in a flash! It can be walking, swimming, a workout video, dancing, yoga, etc! Let’s start to make this a habit. And if you want to order and do the new Cize dance-fit challenge with me in August, let me know.
