It’s Meal Prep Sunday! I’m getting my food prep items ready to go so making meals is easy this week. This helps you stay on top of your healthy eating goals.

– Simmering Veg stock on the stove to use in dishes or for a quick soup
– Hard-boiling 1 doz eggs (2 per day)
– Packaging carrot sticks to go (10 per day)
– Cutting cantaloupe (1 cup containers)
– Making salad dressings
– Chopping romaine for salads
